The stainless steel grill plate made for professional grilling. The stainless steel plate with a thickness of 6 mm is extremely resistant to moisture and oxidation over time. Pure stainless steel provides excellent heat distribution at very high temperatures and excellent cooking quality.
 
QUICK AND SUCCESSFUL GRILLING
The plancha grill Simplicity with stainless steel grill plate is ignited in seconds thanks to the electric piezo. The 2 high quality stainless steel burners can reach a temperature of up to 350°C in a few minutes. The two independent cooking zones of the plancha make it possible to prepare all kinds of food at different temperatures. A removable grillage is positioned on the back of the plancha and allows the food to stay hot for a long time. The plancha made of stainless steel is ideal for the preparation of meat, fish, vegetables and desserts.
CLEANING OF THE PLANCHA GRILL WITH STAINLESS STEEL GRILL PLATE
The Plancha grill with stainless steel grill plate can be cleaned quickly and easily. At the end of the grilling, the hot grill plate can be cleaned with ice cubes, water or white vinegar. The occurring thermal shock reaction dissolves the grill residues on the Plancha, which can be removed with the stainless steel cleaning spatula with lightning speed. The grease drip tray can be removed in two easy steps and is dishwasher safe. The Plancha can occasionally be thoroughly cleaned in cold condition with the Plancha Cleaner of Verycook.

QUESTIONS / ANSWERS
Can the cooking surface be removed?
Yes :) All grill plates of the Verycook plancha gas grills are removable. Their weight varies between 13 kg (2 burners) and 18 kg (3 burners). The transport of the plancha is thus easier and it is possible to clean the grill plate separately if necessary.
How do I clean my stainless steel plate?
The massive stainless steel grill plate is highly appreciated for its resistance over time and the optimal grilling results.
The care of the stainless steel plate is simple. Many different cleaning methods can be used without changing the surface of the plate.
You can clean your still hot stainless steel grill plate with fresh water or white vinegar at the end of the grilling process.
It is recommended to use the Verycook stainless steel cleaning spatula to properly scrape food residues from the grill. Since the stainless steel cleaning spatula lies flat on the plate, there is no risk of scratching it.
It is also possible to use the effective Verycook cleaning spray.

What is the thickness of the cooking plates of the Simplicity plancha?
Enamelled steel plate: 6mm thick (plate with 2 layers of enamel for more strength)
Solid stainless steel plate 2 burners: 6mm thick (100% solid stainless steel plate)
Solid stainless steel plate plancha 3 burners: 7mm thick (100% solid stainless steel plate). We have chosen to opt for 7 mm thick to ensure that this large cooking surface has perfect thermal resistance.
All Verycook baking trays have a high thickness making the baking tray robust, resistant over time. This accentuates the quality of diffusion of heat as well as its distribution.
