If our products do not entirely satisfy you, you can contact our after sales service to send them back to us. Refunding your order will be processed within 24 hours of receiving your returned order.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE

All of our planchas have a guarantee of 5 years and for the stainless steel cooking plate, it is 20 years. The pizza oven and the plancha/barbecue accessory also have a guarantee of 5 years. The wok and the cooking lid are guaranteed for 2 years.

The guarantee takes into account a malfunction related to the product or a manufacturing problem.

Our products are manufactured in France. Most components of the plancha are made locally in the Rhône-Alpes region. Our products are then assembled and shipped from our logistics center based in Irigny (69)
