TOP: complete & evolutive product, originality, customer service, web interface, delivery and follow-up and moreover based in Lyon (which played a big part in my "market study"). On the other hand, my plancha received at 3 defaults: the adjustment buttons fit together and their outfit leaves something to be desired. I found the plate is a little wobbly when mounted, but no more problems with use. The colored plate could be a little better adjusted (discreet veiling in front useless and unattractive): nothing diabolical (otherwise I would have cracked an after-sales call), more to get feedback and improve the quality of the product.

You don't have to look very far! I finally decided to invest in a plancha and I do not regret at all the choice verycook. First of all a very fast delivery. Neat package, recipe booklet full of nice ideas and easy to do. Robust construction, much better than other models seen "elsewhere". The enamelled burners will certainly be more resistant than many others. Very easy to install. The wood service tray is also very well made, with reinforcements in the right places, where the competition "pisses off" to earn a few euros. Super easy assembly. The only "less" I notice is the difficulty to clean the plate (steel). My griddle very quickly marked: black traces difficult or impossible to clean appeared and despite the ice cubes, vinegar, special cleaners, brushing, the traces remained. Too bad.

After having hesitated for a whole weekend between stainless steel coating and enamelled steel, a phone call on Monday morning to the customer service department definitely won me over. Very friendly staff, good advice: we are in good hands. The order was placed immediately, with delivery scheduled for Wednesday. Actual arrival on Thursday, which is still very acceptable. However, I didn't take the time to open the boxes with the delivery man. Error since the trolley ordered with the plancha was deformed during transport, which did not facilitate its assembly and stability. Nothing serious for all that but I strongly advise you to unpack the products before accepting the delivery. Quick and easy assembly and immediate first use. The size of the plancha surprises at first but proves very useful in use. Easy cleaning by de-icing with water. Nothing gets stuck, it's perfect! 2 small drawbacks: the distribution of heat is not quite evenly distributed over the entire plancha, and the small cover sold as an option flies away at the first draft. It would be advisable to add a small elastic tightening at the base. Overall a very good purchase that I strongly encourage!
