First of all, we loved buying local! Beautiful dimension of the plancha, utensils pleasant to use! Recipes to copy, invent, share ... And what does not spoil anything to its use, is that it is Mr. who is most often sticking to it and that's very cool! Small flattening all the same on the grease receptacle at the back of the griddle, forced to fix it in a wobbly way on the stainless steel plate otherwise the grease does not fall directly into the tray.
