Shipping to Austria

Ordering on the site was very simple. I received my order within one week of ordering it and it was on time. Although the outer box was quite damaged, the unit arrived intact because it was well protected by the transport foam. The unit was supplied with a gas connection that meets Austrian standards, not too many problems (there was a gasket missing but I had some in advance). Concerning the appliance, it seems to be of good quality (you just have to weigh the plate). However, the burners are a bit recalcitrant: the left one needs a little time before receiving the gas (you have to leave the button pressed for a while before you can light the flame) and the other one has a temperature sensor that needs to heat up for a long time (you have to leave the gas button pressed long enough or the flame goes out). I always enjoyed my first grills with some pleasure!

At 10 am I have such for a small technical problem ( I wanted to have confirmation that I could remove the elbow for the gas supply).surprise .... The person who answered the phone directly (without typing 1 for ... Type 2 ...) immediately informed me bravo. A reproach all the same.... For a 100% French company as you make it your leitmotiv, it's a shame to call you that. If vs are at the top, vs will give me the why of your name.

I am not disappointed by the product; it is a great product MADE IN FRANCE. I recommend it to those who are looking for a top of the range stainless steel griddle. The only downside is that the stainless steel lid I ordered with the griddle could not be delivered because it is out of stock and I have no delivery date to date. At the 1st use I am pleasantly surprised, the vegetables tomatoes, peppers, zucchini, onions, parsley cooked a la plancha remain firm and are delicious (I took 3 times). All the opposite of the ratatouille made in the pan which keeps its water.
