This year I got to know the product Plancha during a holiday in the south of France and found this way of cooking great. After our holiday I read all information about it on the website of Verycook, and decided to order such a Plancha. I still had some questions, which were answered in a very friendly and detailed way in telephone conversations with the staff of Verycook in France. Everything came as ordered, works and we now really have an "outdoor" kitchen in the best sense. I can highly recommend Verycook because of the product and the excellent service.

Hello, I just offered the Verycook Inox griddle that I bought recently. We haven't had the time to test it yet, which we plan to do next week. In the meantime, I can only tell you that it was very well received by the lucky recipient, both for its look and for the materials. The only downside is that the buttons are a bit light, which really swear with the rest of the plancha. Too bad...

Following my message explaining my disappointment on my choice of stainless steel plate, customer service kindly contacted me to talk about my dissatisfaction. The service then offered me to exchange my plate for an enamel plate by joining two gifts !!! Upon receipt of the plate for dinner I made fish and prawns a la plancha and there nothing to see, I prefer a hundred times more this model of plate, my fish has not attached the prawns either and this without marinade or too much oil. * Thank you very much to Verycook for your reactivity and for the care you take to satisfy your customers! (Rare nowadays!) I will not fail to recommend you!

At a party I cooked for the first time with a plancha from Verycook. The handling and the following cleaning was very easy, the result a real pleasure. Steaks, vegetables, dessert with fruit, all prepared fast, crisp, tender and completely without fat. Never have I ever eaten such great staks! I was so enthusiastic that I immediately ordered my own plate. Ordering was easy, the advice from the service was very friendly and helpful. I am very satisfied with the plate and have it constantly in use. Fish, meat, fruit, vegetables, poultry or seafood, everything goes. The creativity has no limits. Who would like to have tips and recipe ideas, should look for French books, there are some nice suggestions. - Super la plancha is of good quality, but it is difficult to heat on the outside, nothing serious though, but when the plate is completely filled the cooking is not homogeneous over the whole surface. - The tray to collect grease and other is a little too small, you must provide a tray to empty it from time to time if you want to cook for twenty people. - When I ordered (the griddle and some accessories), I did not get a message telling me that I was out of stock, I'm still waiting for the stainless steel cover ... and still no message confirming a next delivery ... an oversight ... the bill was still 600 euros, it's a bit limited at that price ... - The quality is in the RDV however and the guests enjoy my recipes a la plancha!
