Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes
- 4 eggs
- 8 slices of bacon
- 250 g flour
- 17,5 cl luke warm milk
- 17,5 cl luke warm water
- 5,5 g dried yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
- 5 g sugar
Preparation :
- The crumpets : Dissolve the yeast in the milk and water. Mix the flour, sugar and salt in a big bowl and add the yeast liquid. Mix until you get a dough without lumps. Cover and let rise in a cool place at least 1 hour (or the whole night).
- Heat up the plancha, laddle a small amount of batter on the plancha, make a few portions and leave enough space in between. Fry them 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
- Meanwhile fry the tomato slices and the bacon on the other side of the plancha. At the end, grill the eggs.
