Crispy chicken a la plancha

Cooking time : 15 min - Preperation time : 10 min - Serves : 4 people


  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 egg white
  • Crushed corn flakes
  • Vegetable oil
  • A half bowl of flour

Preparation :

  1. Heat up your plancha on medium heat and grill the chicken breasts 4 minutes on each side until they are golden brown. Season them with salt and pepper.
  2. Prepare the breadcrumbs: put the flour in one bowl. Whip the egg white in a second bowl and put the crushed corn flakes in a third container.
  3. Dip the chicken in the three bowls. Do the procedure a second time. Put the breaded chicken on your oiled plancha as soon as it's hot and fry them 3 minutes on each side. The crispy chicken breasts are ready to be tasted!
