Mix together the chicken breast, egg, onion and garlic. You should get some sort of thick paste. Make small pucks or small balls with your hands and shape them as you want.
Put the flour, remaining egg and breadcrumbs in 3 bowls. Dip your nuggets sucessively in each bowl.
Turn your griddle over high heat and oil generously the plancha. Once it is hot, place the nuggets on the plancha and fry them 5 minutes on each side until they are lightly brown. Remove them from the griddle and place them on a paper towel.
