Ingredients
- 4 White chicken
- 1 red pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- From 4 spices (bought ready)
- Salt
- Olive oil
The recipe :
- Start by preparing the peppers by cutting them into pieces. Then cut the chicken into strips.
- Turn the gas griddle and lightly oil the plate. When the plate is hot, enter the chicken. Let go and stir 2 minutes. Season with salt and spices. Add the minced garlic.
- Add the peppers and salt again. Let brown for 5 minutes while stirring and then deglaze the peppers and chicken with lemon juice.
- Bring the whole center of the griddle to concentrate the flavors. Add lemon juice and pepper again.
- Remove from the griddle and serve. Bon appetit!
