4 Chickens with peppers and spices

Cooking time: 15 min - Preparation time: 10 min - Serves: 4 people

Ingredients

  • 4 White chicken
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • From 4 spices (bought ready)
  • Salt
  • Olive oil

The recipe :

  1. Start by preparing the peppers by cutting them into pieces. Then cut the chicken into strips.
  2. Turn the gas griddle and lightly oil the plate. When the plate is hot, enter the chicken. Let go and stir 2 minutes. Season with salt and spices. Add the minced garlic.
  3. Add the peppers and salt again. Let brown for 5 minutes while stirring and then deglaze the peppers and chicken with lemon juice.
  4. Bring the whole center of the griddle to concentrate the flavors. Add lemon juice and pepper again.
  5. Remove from the griddle and serve. Bon appetit!
