QUESTIONS / ANSWERS
Yes :) All Verycook's gas plancha cooking surfaces are removable. Their weight varies between 13 kg (2 fires) and 18 kg (3 fires).
Transporting the plancha is therefore easier and it is possible to clean the hotplate separately if necessary.
Laminated steel plate: 6mm thick (raw steel plate)
Enamelled steel plate: 6mm thick (plate with 2 layers of enamel for more resistance)
Solid stainless steel plate 2 burners planchas: 6mm thick (100% solid stainless steel plate)
All these baking trays are made in France, in the Rhône-Alpes region.
They have a strong thickness making the hotplate robust and resistant over time. This accentuates the quality of heat diffusion and its distribution.

Super fast delivery and impeccable after-sales service. Super nice equipment, a bit heavy anyway... Impeccable cooking. A small downside, the plancha has no grip on the metal serving tray: a trick, double-sided tape under each foot, and the trick is done. The burners don't like to be upwind either, so you have to be sheltered. We will enjoy our plancha for years, we hope! Bravo verycook.
