Yes :) All Verycook's gas plancha cooking surfaces are removable. Their weight varies between 13 kg (2 fires) and 18 kg (3 fires).
Transporting the plancha is therefore easier and it is possible to clean the hotplate separately if necessary.
Enamelled steel plate: 6mm thick (plate with 2 layers of enamel for more resistance)
Solid stainless steel plate plancha 2 lights: 6mm thick (100% solid stainless steel plate)
Solid stainless steel plate plancha 3 burners: 7mm thick (100% solid stainless steel plate)
They have a strong thickness making the cooking plate robust, resistant over time. This accentuates the quality of heat diffusion and its distribution.
