Where can I find the tracking number of my order?

The tracking number of your order will be communicated to you via email and in your Verycook account as soon as your order has been shipped. You can easily find them in your customer account under: Orders - order history - click on "DETAILS" to retrieve your tracking number.

How long does the delivery of my order take?

Your order will be delivered quickly. The majority of our products are in stock at our Irigny depot near Lyon.

It takes 3 to 4 business days to receive the ordered items.

If the ordered products are not available, this will be displayed on the product page and you will be notified by email. We will then deliver your order to you as soon as possible.

Can my order be shipped abroad?

Yes, we deliver our products within all countries of Europe.

For the purchase of a plancha, the delivery is offered free of charge, regardless of the selected European country.

An article is missing, what do I do?

I received my package damaged, what do I do?

Aiiiiie ... sorry sorry sorry, we will do everything possible to solve the problem as soon as possible!

In the packaging of our products, we pay great attention to the utmost care. A damaged package is therefore rather rare, but this case can still happen. If you are affected by this problem, just let us know.

So do not worry, we will do our best to solve the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible - with the least amount of work for you.

Can I pick up my order directly at the Verycook warehouse in Lyon?


it is possible to pick up the order directly in our warehouse. If you place an order on our website, you can select the option "pickup at the warehouse" on our site. Your order will be prepared very quickly and you will be notified by e-mail as soon as the order is ready to be picked up.

How can I track my order?

You can track the status of your order through your account on our website ( In your account you will find a tracking number with which you will be able to track your order in real time.

How much are the delivery costs?

Every delivery from £50 upwards is shipped for free from our logistic partner GLS within 3-4 working days to most countries in Europe.

In what form do I receive my order?

Once your order is completed, you will receive your order within 3-4 business days at the address you specify.

If you are not present at the time of delivery, the GLS deliverer will either:

  • deposit your package at a collection point


  • at a neighbours house


  • will contact you to fix a new delivery date.

When will my order be delivered?

From the time of your order, the average delivery time is 3-4 working days. If you prefer a specific delivery day, just leave a comment when placing the order.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes !

If your package is already gone, you can change the delivery address directly on the tracking link of the GLS carrier.

If your packages are not yet gone, you can send us an email at so that we can make the change.

Can I have a different billing address and delivery address ?

Yes !

To do this, simply add your delivery address and billing address once your personal information is complete.

Yes !

As soon as your order is shipped, a time slot is defined by the carrier for delivery.
