After that, you will receive a voucher code for £25 that you can use to buy your plancha grill. Your friend will receive a gift card in the value of £40 that is vaild for our entire online shop as soon as you have received your plancha.

You can track the status of your order through your account on our website (www.verycook.co.uk). In your account you will find a tracking number with which you will be able to track your order in real time.
Every delivery from 1 € upwards is shipped for free from our logistic partner GLS within 3-4 working days to most countries in Europe.
You can expect your delivery within 3-4 working days after placing your order.
If you would like to receive your order on a specific date, all you need to do is write a comment in the comment field while placing your order.

In the event that you are not at home when your order is delivered, our logistic partner GLS will call you the following day to arrange another delivery appointment.

Verycook offers a complete refund of your order if you are not entirely satisfied with the product. If you are not satisfied with the product you can return the product within 30 days from the date you received your order.

However, the return costs are at your expense. The costs of the product, though, will be refunded within 48 hours after we receive the returned item.
You have a warranty period of 5 years.
This limited warranty does not cover faults or malfunctions caused by accidents, misuse, modification, incorrect application, acts of vandalism, incorrect installation, incorrect care / maintenance, failure to follow normal maintenance instructions, including, but not limited to, damage caused by the presence of insects at the level of the hotplate pipes, as indicated in the instruction manual. This limited warranty does not cover deterioration or damage caused by extreme weather conditions, such as hail, hurricanes, earthquakes or tornados, or discoloration resulting from direct or indirect (presence in the atmosphere) exposure to chemical products.
Our plancha grills are designed in France and manufactured and assembled in Europe.
