Ingredients

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 250 g flour
  • 17,5 cl luke warm milk
  • 17,5 cl luke warm water
  • 5,5 g dried yeast
  • 1 pinch of salt 
  • 5 g sugar

Preparation :

  1. The crumpets : Dissolve the yeast in the milk and water. Mix the flour, sugar and salt in a big bowl and add the yeast liquid. Mix until you get a dough without lumps. Cover and let rise in a cool place at least 1 hour (or the whole night).
  2. Heat up the plancha, laddle a small amount of batter on the plancha, make a few portions and leave enough space in between. Fry them 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
  3. Meanwhile fry the tomato slices and the bacon on the other side of the plancha. At the end, grill the eggs.
