Cooking time : 10 min - Preparation time : 15 min - Resting time : 1h - Serves : 6 people
Ingredients
- 4 red peppers
- 3 to 4 garlic cloves
- 1 lemon
- 15 cl of olive oil
- 3 pinches of salt
- 1 pinch of peperoncino
Preparation :
-
Heat up your plancha. During this time, wash the peppers.
-
Put some olive oil on the hot plancha and grill the peppers until their skin is soft and they begin to get some colour (before the skin begins to get black). Flip them over regularly.
-
When the peppers are cooked, put them into an airtight plastic bag, so that the skin can be taken of more easily later.
-
Let the peppers cool down until they are luke warm.
-
Remove the skin and the seeds. Cut them in slices and keep the pepper juice.
-
Peel and cut the garlic cloves into thin slices.
-
Mix the pepper juice and lemon juice on a plate with the garlic, peperoncino and olive oil. Blend the peppers into the sauce.
-
Let them marinate for at least 1 hour or even a whole night.
