Pizza with figs and goat's cheese
Ingredients
1 ready-to-bake pizza base
150 g fresh goat's cheese
20 g grated parmesan
8 large figs
20 cl passata
1 dessertspoon dried oregano
2 dessertspoons honey
For the topping: 3 thin slices of cured ham, 1 handful of rocket
Preparation :
Roll out the pizza base. Cover with passata, add salt and pepper and a drizzle of olive oil.
Break the goat's cheese into small pieces and spread over the base, sprinkle with parmesan.
Cut the figs into slices and spread over the entire surface of the pizza. Dizzle with olive oil and add a little honey and the dried oregano.
Cook in the Verypizz' for about ten minutes. Leave the pizza to cool slightly before serving it with the cureed ham and seasoned rocket.
