Bacon, mozzarella and rocket Pizza a la plancha

RECIPE

1 - Roll out your pizza dough and spread the tomato sauce. Add the slices of bacon, previously cut into 2 slices, and the mozzarella.

2 - Sprinkle with basil and spread out a few leaves of rocket.

3 - Turn on the Plancha and place the Verypizz' pizza oven above. Put the ceramic stone in the oven to heat up too. Once the pizza oven has reached 250°C, bake the pizza for 5 minutes.

4 - When the crust is brown, remove the pizza from the oven and enjoy! Bon appétit!
