Ingredients
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- 4 rainbow trout
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Preparation :
- Combine 2 cups water, salt, and sugar in a shallow dish; add fish. Let marinate for 20 minutes and then drain.
- Heat the plancha.
- Sprinkle pepper over fish.
- Place fish on plancha; grill 4 minutes and turn over to ensure they’re cooked evenly. Grill 12 minutes or until done.
