Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 4 rainbow trout
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Preparation :

  1. Combine 2 cups water, salt, and sugar in a shallow dish; add fish. Let marinate for 20 minutes and then drain.
  2. Heat the plancha.
  3. Sprinkle pepper over fish.
  4. Place fish on plancha; grill 4 minutes and turn over to ensure they’re cooked evenly. Grill 12 minutes or until done.
