Ingredients
- 2 zucchini
- 1 aubergine
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 3 purple sweet potato
- 3 tomatoes
- 6 mushrooms Paris
- Herbes de Provence
- Salt
The recipe :
- Start by washing all your vegetables. Cut the peppers into rings, then zucchini and eggplant into 4 lengthwise. Cut the tomatoes in half and leave the mushrooms whole. Finally, cut the sweet potatoes into slices.
- Put all the vegetables into a bowl and sprinkle with olive oil and herbs. Salt and pepper. Marinate for about twenty minutes.
- Turn your gas griddle onto a high heat and put your vegetables onto it. Cook gently.
