Ingredients
- 8 Jacques scallops
- 12 shrimp
- 500 g of salmon fillet
- 3 peppers
- 1 bunch of basil
- 1 onion
- 3 tbsp of soy sauce
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation :
- Put all your fish in a dish and sprinkle with olive oil, soy sauce and basil. Keep cool.
- Cut your peppers and onion into strips. Cook on low heat with olive oil for about 30 minutes. Season.
- When the vegetables are almost cooked add your fish that you will turn from time to time.
