Grilled fish with mixed peppers

Cooking time: 15 min - Preparation time : 5 min - Serves : 2 people

Ingredients

  • 8 Jacques scallops
  • 12 shrimp
  • 500 g of salmon fillet
  • 3 peppers
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 1 onion
  • 3 tbsp of soy sauce
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation :

  1. Put all your fish in a dish and sprinkle with olive oil, soy sauce and basil. Keep cool.
  2. Cut your peppers and onion into strips. Cook on low heat with olive oil for about 30 minutes. Season.
  3. When the vegetables are almost cooked add your fish that you will turn from time to time.
  4. It's ready! Bon appetit!
