Prepare your marinade. To do this, mix together in a bowl the vinegar, the diced garlic and sugar olive oil. Sprinkle alt and pepper on your duck breasts.
Then dip the breasts in the marinade making sure that all pieces are well coated.. You can brush the marinade with a brush. Marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
Cut your grapefruit into quarters and set aside. Turn your griddle gas and let it heat for 3 minutes. When your plate is hot, cook the duck breasts turning regularly to ensure it’s cooked evenly.
