Chicken tikka kebabs

- 400g chicken cutlets
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp oil
- The juice of 1 lemon
- 75g natural yoghurt
Mix the spices, the yoghurt, crushed garlic, oil and lemon juice in a bowl.
Chop the chicken cutlets into little cubes
Soak the chicken cubes in the mixture. Marinate overnight.
Turn on your plancha. Create kebabs with the chicken cubes. Cook them for a few minutes on each side.
- Serve hot.
Add a little yoghurt to these kebabs. Pour some Greek yoghurt into a bowl, add whatever spices and herbs you may like, the juice of half a lemon, and it's ready!
