Chicken tikka kebabs

Cooking time: 15 min - Preparation time: 15 min - Serves: 4 people


  • 400g chicken cutlets
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • The juice of 1 lemon
  • 75g natural yoghurt


  1. Mix the spices, the yoghurt, crushed garlic, oil and lemon juice in a bowl.

  2. Chop the chicken cutlets into little cubes

  3. Soak the chicken cubes in the mixture. Marinate overnight.

  4. Turn on your plancha. Create kebabs with the chicken cubes. Cook them for a few minutes on each side.

  5. Serve hot.


Add a little yoghurt to these kebabs. Pour some Greek yoghurt into a bowl, add whatever spices and herbs you may like, the juice of half a lemon, and it's ready!
