Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • Handful of mushrooms (stalks removed)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • Salt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • From 4 spices (bought ready)
  • Olive oil

The recipe :

  1. Start by preparing the peppers, onion and mushrooms by cutting them into pieces. Then cut the chicken into strips.
  2. Turn the Plancha and lightly oil the griddle. When the griddle is hot, enter the chicken. Stir 2 minutes. Season with salt and spices. Add the minced garlic.
  3. Add the peppers, mushrooms and onion and salt again. Let brown for 5 minutes while stirring and then deglaze the chicken and vegetables with lemon juice.
  4. Bring the whole centre of the griddle to concentrate the flavours. Add lemon juice and pepper again.
  5. Remove from the griddle and serve. Bon appétit!
