Cheesecake with caramelized mango plancha

INGREDIENTS

7 districts mango Toupargel
250 gr biscuit
90 g butter
400 grams of cottage cheese
20 cl of liquid cream
120 gr of caster sugar
3 eggs

RECIPE

  1. As the mango’s are still a little frozen, cut into thin slices. In a baking pan, butter generously with 30g butter and sprinkle with sugar (4 tbsp).
  2. Turn on your gas griddle over high heat and place the cake pan directly on the grill. Melt the butter and sugar so that the bottom of the pan to caramelised. Let heat for about 8 minutes.
  3. Remove from the plancha and place mango slices one by one on the caramel in the bottom of the cake pan .
  4. Mix the biscuit crumbs. If you do not have a blender, you can grate them with a cheese grater. Add 60 gr melted butter biscuit crumbs and mix.
  5. In another bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, cream , sugar and eggs. Whisk well hard to get a smooth paste. Gently pour the mixture cheesecake on mangoes.
