- 500 g corn salad
- 300 g minced meat
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 4 radish
- 1 slice of bread
- 1 egg
- Paprika

Heat up the plancha on the lowest level. Meanwhile wash the salad, tomatoes and radish.

To prepare the meatballs, mix the meat with the eggyolk, the crumbled bread and the paprika. Then make meatballs and grill them on your plancha.
- Spread out the salad on your plate and put the tomatoes, radish and meatballs on top.
