Ingredients
- 20 bananas
- 20 cl of white rum
- 100 g of butter
- 300 g of sugar
Preparation :
- Put the rum, 10 g of butter and a teaspoon of sugar in a small sauce pan. Peal the bananas.
- Melt the rest of the butter and sugar on the plancha on low fire. As soon as the sugar caramelizes, add the bananas and grill them 2 minutes on each side.
- You have 2 possibilities: either you flambé the bananas on your plancha or directly on your plate.
- Trick : take bananas which are ripe enough. Serve them with a sorbet to create a surprising hot/cold effect.
