Sticky sausage wraps

The recipe :

1. Preheat Plancha gas grill on medium heat.
2. Combine the mustard, ketchup and sugar.
3. Place the sausages on the griddle until they are crispy, but not fully cooked.
4. Brush the sticky sauce all over the sausages and cook them for another 5 minutes, basting regularly.
5. Remove sausages from the plancha grill and dice into pieces.
6. Heat the tortillas on the griddle for 30 seconds each side.
7. Serve the sticky sausages in the wraps, with lettuce and corn relish.
